My name is Amy Barkalow, owner of AmyCakes. I'm a 20 something year old that has a passion for baking, business, and all things pretty. I grew up in a kitchen where the Kitchen-Aid mixer was used more than the microwave, and where all of our meals were homemade. In 2009 I decided to take my passion of baking and cake decorating and turn it into a business. Since then this business has really grown and turned into more than I could have ever imagined. I am so blessed to have found a career that I love so much.
